At Line One we strive to give you the customer the best possible service when purchasing goods - to make it a hassle-free and enjoyable experience when buying Jet Ski spare parts. When using our website to purchase items you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms and Conditions which are set out below and we ask you to tick the box which is included on the transaction window to confirm that you have read our Terms and that you agree with them.
ONLINE ORDERING
This couldn't be easier, select the products you wish to purchase by depressing on the "buy" button. At any time you can check the contents of your shopping basket by going to the top of the screen and clicking on "basket".
When you have completed selecting the goods you wish to buy you will then be automatically directed into the secure Barclays EPDQ clearing system where you give your personal details and credit/debit card information.
Alternatively, you can order any of the goods from our website, offline by phoning the Line One Hotline on 01285 713888, Mon – Fri. 9am – 5pm.
PRICING OF GOODS
The prices on our website www.lineonedist.co.uk include VAT and are checked for accuracy. Occasionally errors may occur where prices are incorrectly displayed or changed as a result of circumstances beyond our control. In this situation you will be informed of the revised/correct prices once we receive your order, at this time should you wish not to purchase the product at that price we can cancel that part of the order.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & DELIVERY TIMES
Once we have received your order we will confirm by email that it has been processed and the expected delivery time. For UK mainland delivery on large items we use Parcel Force which are normally 1 - 2 days. For smaller packages we use Royal Mail recorded delivery which again can take generally 1 - 2 working days. For international orders we will quote on an individual basis.
BACK ORDERS
We carry a large stock of Jetski equipment, however, despite our best efforts, sometimes a product can sell out - should this be the case we will inform you of the earliest delivery date. Please inform us at this time should you wish to cancel the order.
RETURNS
Any items which are returned for refund or exchange must have prior autherisation from Line One Distributors and must be received back at Line One Distributors Ltd, Units 19/20 Horcott Ind Est, Fairford. Glos. GL7 4BX within 14 days in a new and unused condition and with the original packaging intact. This should be accompanied with the receipt and a Returns Number which will be given to you by a member of staff quoting your invoice number when phoning 01285 713888. No goods will be accepted without an authorised returns number from Line One Distributors Ltd
We regret that we cannot give refunds for carriage on incorrect purchases and we strongly recommend that you use a recorded/insured delivery service when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
When placing an order from abroad we will require the following details from you:
Your full name, address and telephone number (including the international dialling code) so that we may contact if we have a query with your order.
We can only send international orders to the registered billing address of your credit/debit card. We will require faxed confirmation of that address, ie. the top of a recent credit/debit card statement - to enable us to carry out our credit card security checks.
